Question

I accidentally hit a car with my car. It was very slight, so do I still have to look for the owner of the vehicle to ask him for pardon?

Answer

Yes, you must. You could do this by simply leaving your contact information on the car because you are liable for something that you damaged, even if slight. If you look for him and are unable to find him, then you should intend that you will compensate him for what you did whenever you do find him.
