I read an article about Lebanon and it was written that the law there lets Lebanese men have sex with animals, but only female animals. I was very surprised, and I am wondering if it is true or not.

Intercourse with animals goes against all moral values, and is an enormity and major sin (kabira) in Islamic Law. [ Ibn Abidin, Radd al-Muhtar; Ibn Hajar, al-Zawajir]
I don't know about Lebanese law, but this appears to be exceptionally far-fetched.
