Question

If I am praying and pass a small amount of gas does this nullify the prayer?

Answer

Wa ‘Alaykum al-Salam

Passing a small amount of gas will nullify the ablution which will in turn nullify the prayer.  However one has to be sure that one has passed gas.  If one merely has a suspicion then one assumes that nothing has happened and continues praying.

And Allah knows best.
