I read that you should read surah Dhukaan on the night of Jumuah, does this mean on thursday or friday night?Jazakallah

Islamically, the day begins with nighfall. As such, the "night of Friday"--when mentioned in Islamic texts--refers to Thursday night.
And Allah alone gives success.
