Assalamualaykum wa rahmatullah!

In addition to your studies during the Shifa program, there are lots of other things you can do, to help you rest. Here’s a list of what you can do within the neighbourhood:

- Go for walks. The olive groves are one of the greener spots!

- Martial arts. Separate classes are available for both men and women.

- Attend the local gym. Classes for women are also available, including yoga and pilates.

Outside the neighbourhood:

- visit maqams of the Sahaba (may Allah be pleased with them)

- visit historical sites like Ajloun Castle

- visit nature reserves in Jordan

Alhamdulilah, because the Shifa program ends in the beginning of Ramadan, you have the unique opportunity to spend the rest of your Ramadan in this blessed land. Going on umrah, and then Hajj, is another option you can explore.
