It is not obligatory for you to bury animals that die. However, it is best to do so, in order to ward off annoyance from people.
And Allah alone gives success.

السؤال : ماتت هرة أمام بيتي ، هل يجب عليّ دفنها ؟ كيف ؟
الجواب : لا يجب دفنُ الحيوان إذا مات ، لكنْ الأفضلُ فعلُ ذلك دفعاً للأذى عن الناس .
