I wanted to know what does Islam say about a married women having sexual chats with another guy on the phone and on online chat or any other way ? and what can one do to stop her from doing it as she is a family member and i care for her and my brother.

I pray you are well and in the best of health and iman.
It is haram. Your brother should handle this problem and not you.
And Allah alone gives success.
