Rape, repention and punishment

If a woman is raped inspite of her maintaining "Hijab" 1) How should the rapist repent? Does he has to beg forgiveness from the woman too? 2) If she gets pregnant then what is the islamic ruling on her? Does she have to face punishment too? 3) Is DNA test allowed to prove the rape and punish the rapist?

1. Make a sincere tawba and ask her for forgiveness if possible, otherwise ask Allah to fix her circumstances.
2. She can get an abortion if the pregnancy is less than 120 days, if she wants. No, if she was raped, she is a victim.
3. Yes.

And Allah alone gives success.
