The issue where the wife abandons her husband is not really of significance in that he can marry again without her being present.
He should first attempt to find her through all reasonable means possible. If all avenues in finding her fail, then he may marry second time. If he already has three wives in his marriage, then he can also issue a divorce and then marry.
