If someone gets married with a girl who doesn't like him and she doesn't want him to come near her in the bed. And if he does something forcefully with her, so will he be a wrongdoer or not.Answer

It depends on the situation, why the sister ‘doesn’t like him’ and why she doesn’t want him to come near to her in bed.
If he behaved as a Muslim husband should, it is unlikely that the sister would respond in such ways. Love begets love; harshness begets coldness.
