If a sister who is Hanafi marries a brother who is Shafi, which madhhab do the children learn?

They should learn the madhhab that they can learn properly and most easily. All the madhhabs are valid. It is a questions of learning reliable knowledge, and acting upon it. Madhhabs are a means to following the Qur'an and Sunnah and getting guidance into one's life.
