Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to read from / recite the Quran from an online source or from her computer? This would not entail touching the Mushaf, and would allow her the benefit to read/recite while menstruating, especially in Ramadan.

Walaikum assalam,

It is permitted to read the Qur'an without touching it (e.g. by looking at it, such as from a computer screen), though not to recite it, when menstruating.

Note, too, that there is great merit in listening to the Qur'an being recited.

Walaikum assalam,
Faraz Rabbani.
