Wudu Breaking Through Desire?

Question: Does feeling a strong feeling which may or may not be pleasure) on the male private organ break wudu, or . This is in regard to clothes or undergarments touching the private organ while walking or other movement. The person has not had this problem before, but now he is worried about it. He does not know if it comes from wasawis (concentrating on the feeling to make sure that his wudu does not break). What are the different opinions?

This certainly does not nullify one's ritual ablutions (wudu), unless something certainly came out.
