The Beloved of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) would say the following when leaving the mosque:
Bismillah was salatu was salamu `ala rasuli Llah
Allahumma innee as’aluka min fadlik
‘In the name of Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.
O Allah, I ask you of your bounty!’
