Toilet: instead of wiping 50 times, can I just do something more quick?

I experimented and so I went toilet, instead of wiping 50 times to make sure urine has TOTALLY come out, I experimented, and urinated and after washed with water the private part properly, then walked around, jumped, etc. and discovered that no urine came out, and if I squeeze it at the top then I can see the urine inside near the bottom end, but NONE came out, is this valid to do every time? Can I do this? It will cut my time down greatly. Also, is it permissible to read book, (non-Islamic), e.g. readers Digest, or stories, fiction ones.
Assalamu alaykum
It is indeed necessary to ensure that no more urine will exit one’s body before one commences one’s wudu. However, being excessive in this regard is certainly not praiseworthy so one should be keen to minimise the time that this procedure takes. Urine will only nullify one’s wudu if it exits to the exterior such that it can be seen. If it is still inside one’s penis and hasn’t exited then it has not nullified one’s wudu and if one feels that it will not exit then one may commence with one’s wudu. [al-hadiyya al-‘Ala’iyya, 26]
As for reading fictional books, this has been dealt with extensively previously on the list and one may search through the archives to find the answer.
