What do women get in heaven?

1) In Jannah, men are supposed to have the Hur-al-'Ain; in the above terms, what will a women get?

2) Also now that we're in the blessed month of Ramadan, what advice do you have for Muslim students living in the West; the reason why I'm asking is that it says in your bio that you went to the University of Toronto, so knowing how busy school is, what advice do you have for the Muslim students in terms of spending time on school/school work and spending time doing Ibadat in this blessed month?
